10:45am drink water to take my thyroid pill

1:55 Drank a bottle of vitamin water

 9:14 drank some water after brushing my teeth

 11:00am drank a bubble tea 

The Medium is the Massage

The Medium is the Massage talks about how writing and literacy came to be, how it shaped who people are. Because of literacy we were able to communicate in a whole other light. Writing was not only a way to communicate, but a way of expression. "that we by tracing magic lines are taught, how to embody and color thought?"
Next I read about the idea of detention, and how being enclose was a way of punishment. Along with how guilt is shared among everyone nowadays. In todays society we are never really alone is how we feel, but that we share our guilt with each other - "everybody is so profoundly involved in every-body else, and in which nobody can really imagine what private guilt can be anymore"


Having looked through this book, I notice how a lot of the pictures are up close - almost so you might not recognize what they are. The imagines are composed very beautifully, and makes me want to stare and each one of them for a split second longer than I normally would.

7:30am Woke up

-put clothes on

-apply makeup

-ate some apple sauce

-went on my computer

8:11am Walk to class

-exit dorm

-enter elevator

-walking to class briskly

-arrive at class at 8:22

12:30 Leave class

-walk back to dorm

-get food from sadler

-pick up food & walk to Lawrinson

1:04 Sitting in dorm

-eating food while on computer

-check phone

-check time (class starts soon)

-walk to shemin

2:15 Class at shemin auditorium

-sit in class for 2 hours

4:45 leave class

-walk to dorm

-meet up with alina alex and liz

6:00 walk to marshal street

-go into chipotle

-eat chipotle

-sit at chipotle contemplating why I ate so much chipotle

-attempt to walk back to lawrinson (but too full)

7:36 Arrive at lawrinson

-sit on bed

-take out computer

-start doing homework

-get very bored doing homework

-start watching Americas next top model

9:00 Lay in bed (not tired)

-watching tv shows (should be doing hw)

11:37 Talk to roommate about day

-learn what roommate did over course of day

-talk to Alina down the hall

12:02 Crawl into bed

-try to fall asleep…
